A selection of my handcrafted jewelry is available for purchase online. Simply click on the image and you will be directed to the item for purchase.
Many of my pieces are one of a kind but can be purchased if available by contacting me in person. Customers select a piece as a special gift for themselves or someone else because they know that buying a handcrafted object is different from buying a mass-produced product. I believe that purchasing handmade jewelry is a personal, creative choice. For this reason I am available to work personally with each customer. Shipping and Delivery Time?
Priority Mail or UPS Ground are generally the most cost effective shipping methods. All costs including shipping and tax if applicable will be clearly noted on all invoices. Most work for purchase online will be shipped within 2 weeks. I take great pride in my work, customer communication and satisfaction.
Refund and Exchange Policy?
Communication and honesty is the key to satisfaction. You may exchange a piece for credit toward another purchase under these guidelines: you must contact me to request an exchange, and ship the item within 7 days from date of receipt. No exceptions. Item must be returned in original condition or a 50% restocking fee will apply. I reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in resale condition. Credit for returned merchandise will be extended for one year from date of original purchase.
A full refund will be made less shipping charges if there is a return due to any error in quality or workmanship.
