Isn't that the million dollar question. When we buy a new calendar and turn to the first few months we have a need to reflect on the previous 365 days. Out with the old and in with the new. Its time to think about completing taxes, cleaning out old files and new projects, or maybe finishing some that we didn't get to in the previous year. After more then 30 years designing and making jewelry, it is amazing when I consider the changes in the way we do business today. No more, land lines, very few fax machines, advertising is primarily online and via social media compared to the old days when we printed and mailed everything. Considering the new decade we can't imagine what new innovations will be initiated and become the norm. Some things will remain the same as tradition dictates. One of those things is the Spring Art Fair at Queeny Park, my first art show of the season. I have participated in this time honored tradition since the 1990's.
