2020 Another Decade What will it Bring?
Isn't that the million dollar question. When we buy a new calendar and turn to the first few months we have a need to reflect on the previous 365 days. Out with the old and in with the new. Its time to think about completing taxes, cleaning out old files and new projects, or maybe finishing some that we didn't get to in the previous year. After more then 30 years designing and making jewelry, it is amazing when I consider the changes in the way we do business today. No more, land lines, very few fax machines, advertising is primarily online and via social media compared to the old days when we printed and mailed everything. Considering the new decade we can't imagine what new innovations will be initiated and become the norm. Some things will remain the same as tradition dictates. One of those things is the Spring Art Fair at Queeny Park, my first art show of the season. I have participated in this time honored tradition since the 1990's. Stop by and see my newest jewelry or just say hello. Visit my Calendar page for a listing of the dates and times. For a $1.00 off admission price, go to the artfairatqueenypark.com website. Hope to see you there and Happy New Year or should I say New Decade. Check out this photo from 1994 at the Queeny Park Spring Art Show. I am several years younger and the gentleman with me just had his 90th birthday. I am rocking my favorite MC Hammer inspired pants. Remember those?
